يستعمل دواء زيلجانز 5مجم 60 اقراصxeljanz 5 mg 60 tab anti rheumatic anti rheumatic

indicated for moderate-to-severe active rheumatoid arthritis (ra) in adults with an inadequate response or intolerance to methotrexate; may be used as monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate or other nonbiologic dmards -induction -10 mg po bid for at least 8 weeks evaluate patients and transition to maintenance therapy depending on therapeutic response -if needed continue 10 mg bid for maximum of 16 weeks discontinue after 16 weeks if adequate therapeutic benefit not achieved
