description: -it contain three active ingredients aspirin paracetamol and caffeine. - -aspirin: belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids). it works by blocking the action of a substance in the body called cyclo-oxygenase. - -paracetamol : is another medicine used in the treatment of mild to moderate pain - -caffeine is a mild stimulant that helps reduce fatigue. caffeine is also thought to enhance the pain-relieving effects of aspirin and paracetamol. - -indication : -mild to moderate pain such as headache migraine toothache sore throat muscular and rheumatic pain sprains and strains nerve pain (neuralgia) sciatica backache (lumbago) and period pain. -relieving aches pains headaches sore throat and fever associated with colds and flu. - -dosage -adults aged 16 years and over should take two tablets up to four times a day as needed. leave at least four hours between doses. -do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. - - -
