(indications) : -this medication is an anti-inflammatory agent prescribed for osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory arthritis. it works by inhibiting interleukin-1. - -dosage & when it is to be taken : -osteoarthritis- adult-po- the recommended dose is 50 mg to be taken twice daily. - -warnings and precautions : caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver kidney disease during pregnancy and breastfeeding. -monitor complete blood count liver function and urinalysis regularly while taking this medication. - -side effects : diarrhea stomach pain nausea vomiting and intense yellow coloring of urine. - -
