يستعمل دواء سموفيليبيد 20% ايمولشن smoflipid 20% fat emulsion (250ml) i.v. infusion . .

*features: --30% soybean oil as reliable source of essential fatty acids. --30% medium-chain triglycerides (mct) as source of rapidly available energy. --25% olive oil for supply of monounsaturated fatty acids especially oleic acid. --15% fish oil as valuable source of the very long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (epa) and docosahexaenoic acid (dha). --and additionally vitamin e (approximately 200 mg a-tocopherol/l) - -indications -supply of energy and essential fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids to adults as part of a parenteral nutrition regimen when oral or enteral nutrition is impossible insufficient or contraindicated. - -dosage: -smoflipid is a lipid injectable emulsion with a lipid content of 0.2 grams/ml in 100 ml 250 ml and 500 ml. -the usual daily dosage in adults is 1 to 2 grams/kg per day and should not exceed 2.5 grams/kg per day. - -
