ديودوميز اكياس Dudomez لعلاج الحموضة وحرقان المعدة

وهو من الأدوية التى تحتوى على اوميبرازول (مثبط لمضخة البروتون) حيث يقلل من كمية الحمض الموجود بالمعدة.

ويستخدم مع البالغين فى الحالات التالية:-

- علاج قرحة المعدة وقرحة الاثنى عشر

- علاج حرقان المعدة والأعراض التى تحدث مع ارتجاع عصارة المعدة إلى المرئ الذى من أعراضه الشعور بحرقان فى الصدر أو الحلق، وإفساد التذوق أو التجشؤ

- للشفاء من الأضرار الناتجة عن تآكل بطانة المرئ بسبب حمض المعدة (ويسمى التهاب المرئ التآكلى) حيث يستخدم للمساعدة على التئام بطانة المرئ المتآكلة

- لتقليل النزيف بالمعدة فى المرضى ذوى الحالات الحرجة

This product contains Omeprazole which belongs to a class of antisecretory compounds, Proton-Pump Inhibitor. It is an immediate-release formulation that contain sodium bicarbonate which raises the gastric pH and thus protects omeprazole from acid degradation.

1- Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers

2- Treatment of GIT Reflux Disease (GERD)

3- Maintenance of healing of Erosive Esophagitis

4- Reduction of risk of upper GIT bleeding in critically ill patients
